Who Is This Leadership Training For?
Our Goal is To Give You A Toolkit That Will Improve Every Aspect of Your Team, Make Leading a Pleasure not a Burden And Reduce Your Stress
Setting Strong Foundations
If your organisation is moving to a more Agile way of working, or you want to enhance your skills to keep pace with the needs of market leading organisations, this training will give you the foundations you need.
Building on Your Experience
As an experienced leader the training focuses on the challenges of effectively leading human beings in semi-autonomous, cross-functional teams. There is a science (not just an art) to this new way of leading and a multi-faceted approach from behavioural psychology and neuroscience, to team dynamics and systems theory is the only successful approach to these leadership challenges.
Enhancing How You Lead Effectively
Most senior leaders have grown up in a traditional 'command and control' environment and therefore changing our habits of leadership is challenging but essential. Agile is not simply a set of tools, it changes how people work, how they interact whilst improving engagement and collaboration. You'll not only learn the contextual change required, you'll learn why this approach truly brings the best out of your people.

Speaking at Skills Matters P3X! November 2018
This Recent Presentation Gives an Idea of our Approach..
Agile and Scrum are simple frameworks that completely transform how people work. Inevitably, for successful implementation, this means that behaviours must change for everyone from team member to leader. The first line of the Agile Manifesto is "Individuals and Interactions over processes and tools". To date, Agile Leadership training has focused on processes and tools, we focus more emphasis on a science based approach to the "individuals and interactions" - the most challenging aspect of Agile.
Attendee Feedback From Our Most Recent Course
This Feedback Was Captured at the Oversubscribed November Training.
Attendees at the latest Agile Leadership Fundamentals course were from a broad spectrum. Some were experienced Agile leaders, others were experienced leaders new to the world of Agile and some were new to leadership. This is what one said:
"This course is very different and extremely life changing to a leader. It is practical day to day knowledge and wisdom not usually talked about or dealt with in the working environment.." Chi.
“All it takes is a belief that people are fundamentally good—and enough courage to treat your people like owners instead of machines. Machines do their jobs; owners do whatever is needed to make their companies and teams successful."
